At Mercsy, we strive to offer quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files or online content), returns and refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been made and the file delivered, except in the following cases:

The file is damaged or cannot be downloaded correctly.

The product received does not match the published description.

In these cases, you can contact us at contact@mercsy.com within 5 days of purchase, attaching proof of purchase and a brief explanation.

Physical Products

For physical products, we accept returns or refunds only if:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item.

The customer must report the issue within 7 business days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Once received and verified, a refund or replacement will be sent.

Refund

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway (PayPal, PayPhone, etc.).

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
