How much is deducted from each sale?

A 15% commission + $0.30 USD per transaction is applied to each sale made on the site.

Example: If you sell an item for $100, you will receive $84.70 USD after the deduction (15% commission + $0.30 per transaction). The total amount will be automatically displayed in your seller dashboard after each sale.

How and when do I receive my payments?

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Once your earnings reach $30 or more, you can request payment from your seller dashboard.

Payment is released only after the buyer confirms delivery of the product or the shipping tracking number is successfully verified. This measure protects both parties and ensures the order was received without issue before releasing funds to the seller. Payments are processed within 3 to 5 business days of the request.

Who determines the shipping cost?

Each seller can set their own shipping cost based on the product’s weight, size, or destination. It’s recommended to use a reasonable price to avoid impacting sales.

Can I sell both physical and digital products?

Yes. You can post physical products (crafts, clothing, accessories, household items, etc.) or digital products (templates, designs, downloadable files).
Just make sure they comply with our content and copyright policies.

What products are not allowed?

The following items are not permitted:

Copied or copyrighted material without permission.

Medicines or products that claim to cure diseases.

Adult content or content that violates the country’s legal policies.

How long does my post remain active?

Your products will remain listed indefinitely, as long as they are available or until you remove them from your seller account.

Can I edit or delete my products?

Yes, you can edit prices, photos, descriptions or delete products at any time from your seller panel.

How can I start selling?

1.Create your seller account by clicking the “Sell” button.

2.Complete your profile and link your PayPal account.

3.Upload your products with photos, descriptions, and prices.

4.Once approved, your products will be visible in the store.

How does the platform protect my data?

Your data is protected using SSL and encrypted security protocols.
No payment information is visible to other users.

Can I buy from any country?

Physical products are only available for shipping within the United States. Registered sellers must ship only to addresses within the U.S. Digital products (downloadable files) can be purchased from any country.

Why only the United States?

To ensure fast, secure deliveries with a valid tracking number. This also reduces customs issues and scams.
